Sheriff Harvey Specter has transformed the Blaine County Sheriff’s Office into a nationally recognized model for modern law enforcement through strategic innovation, modernized training and equipment, community-focused policing, and measurable crime reduction. 

Appointed in June of 2026, he prioritizes public safety, department relations, as well as community-oriented policing procedures.
